Position Overview

We’re looking for self-driven precision pros who will deliver top-quality installations and thrive on client satisfaction. You’ll be the face of our brand, handling everything from technical measurements to full installations of blinds, shades, shutters, and much more.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and service premium custom window treatments with precision and care
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Production to drive sustaining and repeatable improvements in the client experience, answer their technical or application questions, and oversee new product launches with hands-on use and testing
  • Ensure every project is done right the first time—you own your results
  • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Field Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving
  • Continuously sharpen your skills with ongoing paid training and new product rollouts

What You Bring

  • A customer-first mindset and pride in your craftsmanship
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with homeowners
  • The drive to work independently, manage your daily schedule (full-time, Tues- Sat), and earn based on your effort
  • Construction/home improvement industry experience
    • Experience in residential services work, preferably in a window covering industry
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry products up to and occasionally over 50 pounds along with frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle and driving record is in good standing
  • High school degree, trade school degree or technical certification preferred
