The Role
As a Consultant, you will partner to drive projects that seek to tackle Fidelity's most pressing business challenges. The Consultant works on an all-star team in support of Fidelity's business challenges and emerging initiatives You will: contribute and deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your points of view towards a broader business conversation.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree
  • You have 3-5 years of work experience; prior management consulting, strategy, financial services or similar experience preferred
  • Experience with team project work, general management, and/or analytics and conceptual problem solving
  • Analytically minded with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The expert ability to create business insights
  • You are a measured, focused and results driven individual and an ambitious team player
  • You have strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
