Practice Overview:
Established outpatient rheumatology group in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Rheumatologist. This collegial team includes two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and experienced staff caring for patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and a wide range of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.

Job Description / What You Can Expect:

  • Outpatient-only rheumatology practice

  • Practice hours: Monday " Friday, 8:00 a.m. " 5:00 p.m.

  • 4-day workweek (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours administrative time)

  • Average 18"20 patients per day

  • Strong primary care referral base with 150+ new patient referrals per month

  • Dedicated MA support, including one MA focused on prior authorizations

  • Access to multiple specialty services (PM&R, Neuroscience, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pulmonology, Nephrology)

  • Personalized mentorship from experienced rheumatology physicians

  • No fibromyalgia or general pain management cases

Candidate Parameters / What We Need:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
