• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with chronic pain, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and pain assessment.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to formulate tailored pain management strategies that may incorporate pharmacological treatments, physical rehabilitation, and innovative interventional procedures.
• Patient Education: Empower patients through education about their condition and available treatment options, ensuring they are informed participants in their pain management journey.
• Procedural Assistance: Provide assistance during various pain management interventions, such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections, while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Follow-up Care: Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, making necessary adjustments while offering ongoing mental and emotional support.

The individuals accessing our services typically suffer from chronic pain conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and post-surgical pain. Our goal is to provide these patients with an effective, research-backed pain management plan that enables them to regain control of their lives. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate care to a diverse patient population, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a similar field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Certification in Pain Management or a related specialty is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate care and improving patient outcomes is paramount.

• Previous experience in a pain management setting or related medical field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with specific pain management procedures and treatment modalities such as medication regulation, physical therapy options, and minimally invasive interventions.
• Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment plans.
