The Ripple Fiber sales team does more than close deals. We create, build, and grow relationships with residential clients. Were expanding nationwide to become the best fiber internet provider. Were not just selling internet service; were delivering the best customer experience, paired with the highest-quality service available.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass assigned territories
    to generate orders and promote Ripple Fiber.
  • Educate potential customers on features, pricing, and advantages of fiber internet.
  • Meet and exceed
    sales quotas.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends to increase sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales orders.
  • Maintain customer records and
    track sales activity using the CRM platform.
  • Answer
    customers
    questions about products, prices, and timelines.
  • Attend
    regular sales team meetings.
  • Represent Ripple Fiber in a professional and positive manner.
