What are commission fiber sales?

Commission fiber sales refer to the selling of fiber-optic internet or telecommunications services where sales representatives earn a commission for each sale they make. These professionals often work for internet service providers or telecommunications companies, connecting customers with high-speed fiber-optic internet plans. The commission-based structure means that a significant part of their earnings comes from the successful acquisition of new clients or upgrades. This role typically involves prospecting, presenting product features, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Is a $100 commission job worth it?

Commission fiber sales jobs typically pay based on sales performance, so earning $100 depends on the number of sales and commission rate. While some roles can be lucrative with high sales volume, others may result in lower earnings, making it important to evaluate the commission structure and sales targets before determining if the job is worthwhile.

Fiber Sales Representative

Elevate Field Marketing is hiring Fiber Sales Representatives to help leading fiber internet providers expand into new markets and grow their customer base nationwide.

We offer a fast-paced, rewarding work environment with uncapped commissions and real earning potential. Elevate Field Marketing is an owner-operator organization - our leadership works on the front lines alongside our reps, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance in the field.

If you're someone who wants to control your hours, effort, and income, this role gives you the opportunity to do exactly that.

What You'll Do
  • Work directly with residential customers to sell fiber internet services
  • Manage the sales process start to finish - from initial conversation through close
  • Educate customers on fiber internet benefits and available plans
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners in assigned territories
  • Represent Elevate Field Marketing and our fiber partners professionally in the field
Why Fiber Sales?

Fiber internet is one of the simplest and most effective door-to-door sales products:

  • Customers are generally open to switching providers, making conversations easier and closes faster
Who We're Looking For
  • Sales reps or closers comfortable working with customers from start to finish
  • Candidates with door-to-door, field, or face-to-face sales experience preferred
    • Motivated individuals interested in learning how to close are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance
What We Offer
  • Uncapped commission structure - your effort determines your pay
  • OTE is $80,000 - $150,000 but top performers earn significantly more
  • Hands-on leadership and support from experienced owner-operators
  • Opportunity to work in expanding markets across the country
  • A team-oriented, performance-driven culture
  • Clear path to developing closing skills and advancing within the organization
About Elevate Field Marketing
