As a Fiber Sales Executive, Non-Bulk MDU, you will drive subscriber growth by developing relationships with property managers, leasing teams, homeowners' associations, and residents within assigned Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) communities. You will execute sales and marketing initiatives that increase awareness, maximize market penetration, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping residents discover the benefits of C Spire Fiber services.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

  • Generate new residential fiber sales within assigned apartment communities, condominiums, townhomes, and other non-bulk MDU properties.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, leasing teams, and HOA representatives to support subscriber growth.

  • Execute community outreach initiatives, resident events, move-in programs, and targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and sales opportunities.

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert new customers using consultative selling techniques while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial engagement through installation scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence using approved CRM systems.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and property performance to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work independently while managing an assigned territory.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

  • Fiber broadband or telecommunications sales experience.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Experience working with apartment ownership groups, property management companies, or homeowners' associations.

  • Knowledge of MDU sales strategies and resident acquisition programs.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Experience with community events, field marketing, or direct sales.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to travel throughout assigned markets and work primarily in the field, with frequent interaction with property managers, leasing teams, and residents. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, operate a computer keyboard and/or mouse, and work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends to support resident events and community activities.
