We're hiring a Marketing Analytics and InsightsManager to enhance our Marketing + Communications (M+C) team.
The Manager optimizes our data and analytics program by leveraging technology, data, and AI to deliver unparalleled insights and drive meaningful impact across marketing and the business. This role serves as a critical connector across M+C, Leadership, Business and Growth teams-ensuring our marketing programs are fueled by accurate data, strong governance, integrated systems, and powerful analytical tools that elevate performance and decision-making.
The Work
  • Lead data strategy, governance, analytics, quality, and integration efforts to ensure accurate, consistent, and accessible marketing and communications data across multiple marketing platforms
  • Oversee cross-channel tracking and measurement infrastructure, including knowledge about tracking links, foundational data lake or API-based integrations and reporting requirements
  • Evolve and maintain the core marketing measurement framework, including standardized metrics, definitions, benchmarks and aligned data sources
  • Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics models that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketers, leaders, and other senior stakeholders
  • Analyze and evaluate real-time and overall performance, forecast trends, and guide strategic optimization using data-driven methodologies
  • Advance AI-powered analytics, automation, and experimentation to improve efficiency, enhance targeting, and demonstrate measurable business impact
  • Identify and synthesize key trends and insights that inform engagement strategies and strengthen marketing effectiveness
  • Maximize and govern the CRM platform to ensure high data accuracy and enable comprehensive client intelligence and activity tracking

What you need
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data strategy and governance, and performance measurement within a B2B or B2G environment, military or civilian
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization
  • Team-oriented and highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills

Bonus if you have
  • Understanding of marketing disciplines across integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, content, web and digital, social, paid and earned media, advertising, recruitment marketing and event-based channels
