Main Objective:

In this position, you'll play a crucial role in our business development team. This role serves as a strategic feasibility leader, ensuring DelRicht prioritizes and secures the right studies at the right time. You will act as a central decision-maker and cross-functional partner, aligning Business Development, Site Operations, and Recruitment to maximize study success and enrollment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end feasibility response strategy and execution
  • Leverage historical enrollment data and site performance insights to strengthen submissions
  • Build relationships with sponsors and CRO feasibility teams
  • Coordinate protocol recommendations to appropriate sites and providers
  • Analyze potential study opportunities
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DelRicht's services and capabilities.
  • Record and organize customer interactions and opportunities in our opportunity management system
  • Assist in developing client engagement strategies and contribute to client presentations.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree required; ideally in a scientific discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Required: minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with 3 being in or related to the healthcare research sector.
  • Required: Technology savvy; familiarity with Mac and Google platforms is essential.
  • Required: Ability to perform analysis on clinical protocols
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted.
