Job description

Wisconsin Aviation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor / Manager to lead our Customer Service Representative (CSR) and FBO Concierge team at our Madison location. This position plays a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience while overseeing daily operations, employee development, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in aviation, hospitality, or a high-service customer environment. This role is designed for an experienced supervisor ready to take the next step in their career or an established manager looking to join a growing aviation organization.
The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for supporting aircraft customers, flight crews, and visitors by ensuring efficient operations, accurate transactions, and exceptional service. This individual will work closely with FBO leadership and other departments to continuously improve operations, develop employees, and maintain Wisconsin Aviation's reputation for outstanding customer service.
