Charter Coordinator

Aero Charter is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Charter Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting charter operations by coordinating trips, communicating with clients and flight crews, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through trip completion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally and effectively, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**This role offers the opportunity to participate in a quarterly incentive program tied to charter sales performance in addition to base salary compensation.**

Schedule / Work Environment
  • Hybrid work schedule may be available (typically 3–4 days in office per week depending on operational needs and schedule)
  • Position includes some evening, weekend, and on-call coverage responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate charter trips from booking through completion
  • Communicate with charter clients, pilots, vendors, and internal departments
  • Prepare and manage trip documentation and scheduling details
  • Monitor and adjust trip logistics as needed to support operational success
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency
  • Assist with after-hours and on-call operational support as scheduled
  • Maintain accurate records and data within company systems
  • Support sales and charter activity growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills required
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Aviation industry experience preferred
  • Prior scheduling, logistics, dispatch, or coordination experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
