Job description

ABOUT AERO
By reimagining premium travel from the ground up, Aero offers a radically enhanced air travel experience - focusing on exclusivity, design, convenience, and personalized service. Aero integrates scheduled flights, charter flights, and aircraft management services under a single premium brand and digital-first platform, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience that neither traditional airlines nor private jet companies have achieved.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Line Service Specialist at Aero, you will be a key contributor to safe and efficient ramp and experience support operations. You'll work directly with aircraft, FBO line technicians, flight crews, and CSRs to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and turn-around activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, appearance, and service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be present during aircraft arrivals and departures for charter and scheduled flights
  • Collect, tag, and weigh luggage, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in Aero's systems.
  • Confirm FBO line services are properly scheduled, dispatched and positioned prior to aircraft departure and arrival.
  • Support aircraft services when FBO lines services experience delays, including loading luggage
  • Conduct aircraft up-lifts and down-lifts, including washing dishes, atlas boxes and other catering equipment utilized on the aircraft.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all aircraft services for every departure and arrival. This includes confirming water, lavatory, paper, ice, and coffee services are properly conducted and accurately recorded within Aero's systems.
  • Support coordinating aircraft fueling and immediately follow up with FBO dispatch if fueling personnel or equipment are delayed.
  • Liaise with the FBO line service team to optimize aircraft parking according to operational needs. Escalate and document service delays to management.
  • Ensure safe ramp operation around Aero aircraft (securing luggage and catering carts, removing trash from the ramp, ground equipment removal, etc.)
  • Complete light cabin cleaning services before each departure and after arrivals, including trash removal, seat straightening, surface wipe-downs, and vacuuming to support crew readiness and on-time operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-5 years experience in FBO line service in business aviation.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills. Required to adhere to strict uniform and presentation guidelines.
  • Optimism and collaboration: you are always eager to lend a helping hand; you bring a calm yet confident energy, especially in high-pressure situations; you believe your success comes by making others successful.
  • Must successfully complete and maintain GSC accreditation.
  • Must successfully complete TSA background check.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
  • Must be able to work in the United States.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule, be willing to work outside of 9-5 hours including nights, split shifts, weekends and holidays, and be comfortable with last minute/regular changes.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Ability to move, pull, carry or lift up to 100lb. (luggage, carts, etc.). Occasionally kneel, bend, carry and assist around the aircraft. Fast-paced movement may be required.
