Job description

Since 1967, Jet Aviation has been crafting flight in its smoothest form. From one hangar in Basel, Switzerland, to over 4,500 employees, and some 50 locations worldwide. Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Government Services, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing. Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. The artisans of aviation. The craft that brings our customers' journey to life. In the hangar, on the ground, and behind the scenes. Enabling global flight, with passion.
Be the warm welcome, calm presence and helpful voice behind every exceptional journey.
At our FBO in Teterboro, NJ, the Customer Service Agent team helps shape the experience from the moment passengers and crew arrive. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with warmth and professionalism, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience in a fast-moving aviation environment.
What this role can look like
As a Customer Service Agent, you may be the first person a passenger or crew member meets and the one they remember most. You may help coordinate service requests, answer questions, support transportation and catering arrangements, work with internal teams and vendors, and help make sure each interaction feels polished, responsive, and personal. We are especially interested in people who care about service, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy finding thoughtful ways to help.
You may be a strong fit if you:
  • Enjoy creating a warm, professional experience for others.
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully.
  • Stay organized and adaptable when priorities shift.
  • Like solving problems and helping people feel supported.
  • Want to build your career in a service-driven aviation environment.

Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, airline operations, front desk, retail, healthcare, concierge, or other customer-facing roles can translate very well here. You do not need direct FBO experience to spark our interest.
Why Jet Aviation
Jet Aviation combines global reach with a local team feel. Many people are drawn to the opportunity to grow, learn, and be part of a company known for quality, professionalism, and long-term stability. We value people who bring care, presence, and a strong sense of teamwork to every interaction.
Compensation and schedule
The expected hourly range for this opportunity is $22.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and alignment with the role.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility is important. If there are schedule restrictions or availability considerations we should know about, we encourage you to share them in your application.
Interested?
If you enjoy helping people, creating a welcoming experience, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day, we would love to hear from you. We welcome interest from candidates who may be a fit for current or upcoming opportunities at this location.
At Jet Aviation eligible employees can enjoy a comprehensive package that fuels your passions both inside and outside of work. Your health and well-being matter to us.
