JOB DESCRIPTION

Influencer Marketing Intern

JOB SUMMARY

As our Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll support the team in executing paid influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a temporary, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term, based out of our New York (Fashion District) office.


Reporting to the Influencer Campaign Manager, with guidance from the Sr. Director of Digital and Content, you'll get hands-on exposure to sourcing, coordinating, and supporting influencer partnerships. If you're eager to break into the U.S. influencer space, love keeping a pulse on social media trends, and want to build real agency experience, this internship is for you!


Duration: September 8 December 24, 2026

Location: New York, Fashion District

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; minimum of 3 days per week (9:00 AM 6:00 PM ET).

Compensation: $18.00 hourly. Students may also receive academic credit in addition to pay, if approved by their institution.

This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and interns will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Research & List-Building Support the team in identifying and compiling lists of emerging U.S. creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for review.
  • Outreach & Coordination Support Assist with influencer outreach, scheduling, and day-to-day communication to help keep campaigns and events on track.
  • Briefing Support Assist in preparing campaign briefs and organizing reference materials for influencers.
  • Content Tracking & Organization Help track incoming influencer content and organize assets for internal review.
  • Trend Research Monitor U.S. social media trends and flag relevant creators or content formats to the team.
  • Mailer Program Support Support the sourcing and organization of recipient lists for influencer mailer programs.
  • Administrative Support Assist with building and maintaining trackers, recaps, and other documentation related to influencer campaigns.
  • Surprise + Delights - Research and support moments for client always-on gifting opportunities including talent search, product pickup/drop-off and fast coordination


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, or talent management (prior coursework or social media internship experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitch, YouTube) and an eye for emerging creators and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be available to work in-office in New York (Fashion District) for the duration of the internship.
