The Revenue Audit Clerk will be responsible for the auditing of food and beverage/casino revenue accounting and support the Finance Department.

Job Requirements:

· Track pertinent information for the casino.

· Responsible for the daily audits of Table Games, Slots, Food & Beverage, Cage, Keno, & Kiosks.

· Be responsible in making sure everything balances out in various audit accounts assigned.

· Lend support to your department in a variety of other duties when needed.

· Comply with all policies and procedures.

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in performing all aspects of the assigned responsibilities.

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.

· Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Previous accounting experience is required. 
  • Knowledge of gaming MICS.
  • Must possess math skills to ensure all transactions are properly executed.
  • Knowledge of tax practices, IRS levies, check garnishments law, sales and use tax, etc.
  • Ability to compose detailed, concise, and accurate documents, such as reports, policies, procedures, and correspondence.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and e-mail with the ability to acquire proficiency in numerous other applications.
  • Ability to promptly respond to common inquiries, complaints, or requests from various internal and external parties in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully on his/her own with minimal supervision.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • Pass pre-employment and random drug screening. 
  • Must be able to successfully pass an Accounting and Microsoft Excel test.
  • Must possess the ability to handle sensitive and stressful situations with tact, discretion, and significant awareness of confidentiality.
  • Must be knowledgeable and proficient with a 10-key.
  • Must be able to keep multiple tasks and accounts organized.
  • Weekends are required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, have good time management and comprehension.
  • Must possess good organizational skills and be able to multi-task when conducting the assigned functions.
