• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other specialized modalities, guiding clients from readiness to change to successful engagement in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are met in all interactions with clients.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists and psychologists, sharing insights and approaches to creating an integrated treatment strategy for clients.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and case consultation sessions to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided to clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and connecting them with valuable community resources to foster resilience.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and practices to ensure clients receive the most effective and evidence-based care available.

Our center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. You will work with clients ranging from young adults to seniors, each bringing unique backgrounds and experiences. This role is critical in developing tailored treatment plans that adapt to the multifaceted perspectives of those we serve, ensuring that their mental health journeys are informed, supportive, and empowering.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active, state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to maximize outcomes for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building effective therapeutic relationships and fostering trust with clients.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex client situations.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment where diverse perspectives enhance the collective practice.

• Previous experience working with outpatient clients in a mental health setting, showcasing your abilities in managing diverse cases effectively.
• Familiarity with integrated treatment models and a passion for ongoing professional development in the mental health field.
