You will join a close-knit team of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all of whom share a commitment to patient excellence. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address each patient's individual goals and needs, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, dedicating focused one-on-one treatment sessions with patients, averaging one patient per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based manual therapy techniques and exceptional clinical skills to provide effective treatments that enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop comprehensive and cost-effective care plans that leverage a variety of treatment techniques to promote recovery and functional improvements.
• Encourage alternatives to medication and invasive procedures, emphasizing natural recovery and rehabilitation.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs to support each patient's specific rehabilitation journey.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication with patients about their treatment strategies and outcomes.
• Inspire and motivate patients to remain engaged in their treatment, fostering autonomy and promoting healthy lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

The patient demographic served by Family First Physical Therapy primarily includes individuals facing orthopedic challenges, often recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. We focus on providing holistic, patient-centered care that recognizes unique needs and goals, empowering our clients to achieve optimal recovery and quality of life.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Evidence of high professional integrity, with no history of disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and skilled in developing tailored exercise protocols.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient management and documentation.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred to ensure a smooth integration into our team.

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
