Shift Incentive Opportunities: + $1.25/hour for hours worked 5pm โ€“ 12am + $2/hour for hours worked 12am โ€“ 8am + $3/hour for weekends worked Friday 5pm โ€“ Monday 8am

CMHA-CEI is a Michigan Certified Bronze Level Veteran Friendly Employer and we encourage active military service members, veterans, and their family members to apply.

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Supervisor, serves as a staff nurse performing a variety of duties. Participates in interdisciplinary planning of care and treatment ensuring the coordination of medical services to consumers served by the program. May render general nursing care and provide medical support in accordance with approved nursing practices. Coordinates referrals from case managers requesting consultation with physicians, providing nursing consultation regarding consumers to case managers. Additional responsibilities may include: providing information and assistance, performing admissions screening on new consumers, serving as agency liaison, performing crisis intervention activities, providing case management, and providing patient education.

Requirements: Possession of an Associate's Degree or a diploma in nursing required. Possession of a State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse required. Must demonstrate competent computer skills in data base programs and word processing.

Conditional Employment Requirements: Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a background verification and credentialing procedure consisting of: Michigan State Police clearance check, verification of a professional license, Medicaid/Medicare verification, verification of an acceptable driving record, educational background check, undergo and pass a Central Registry Screening and verification of an acceptable work history. Candidate must be able to pass an annual Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) review. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Salary/Hours: $32.48 -$43.85 per hour 0-19 hours per week, hours are NOT guaranteed. Relief position โ€“ filling in for regular staff. Shifts are Monday - Fridays days with evenings, nights and weekend hours available.
