Job Summary:
Manages staff and provides leadership to resolve conflict and/or student housing conduct cases. Develops policies and programs to educate students on their rights, shares available campus resources, and creates formal channels of conflict resolution.
Job Description:
Manages and trains staff in conduct and conflict resolution procedures.
Provides leadership in the daily operations of the department.
Resolves complex incidents and manages the student conduct process.
Partners with relevant offices, agencies, and organizations to investigate and resolve student and/or organization conduct cases.
Reviews student housing conduct incident reports and charges, identifies cases appropriate for alternative dispute resolution and assign cases to staff.
Monitors and tracks case progress, audits cases to ensure sanctions are being completed and cases are closed when appropriate. Issues and releases student conduct holds.
Reviews incident reports for accuracy and clarification.
Creates ongoing professional development and training for staff for staff on student conduct, policies, procedures, and best practices.
Serve on the Student Affairs after hours crisis team.
Knowledge of Student Conduct and Student Housing database systems (i.e. Maxient, StarRez, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualification:- Master's Degree is highly preferred.

Compensation:
$62,441.60 - $93,641.60
