Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Facility Planning Analyst - Advanced who will work as the Senior Integration Lead in the MDA Agency Operations - Facilities group and support the Real Property Planning and Programming team and military construction (MILCON) projects.

The Facility Planning Analyst - Advanced serves as the primary focal point for streamlining and optimizing Real Property Planning and Programming aspects for project planning, acquisition, execution, and reporting across all MDA MILCON and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) initiatives. This senior-level role requires a strategic thinker capable of aligning cross-functional teams, managing complex financial and acquisition processes (including MILCON and RDT&E funding), and ensuring consistent, high-level communication with executive stakeholders and the Senior Executive Review Group (SERG).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, develop, and maintain a comprehensive monthly summary schedule that integrates all active and planned MILCON/FSRM projects. Ensure schedule data accurately reflects milestones and operational dependencies for senior leader review. Review construction schedule metrics and work with leadership to resolve schedule slips or other concerns.
  • Lead Support Agreement Coordination and facilitate Inter-Agency Requirement (IAR) reviews. Oversee the integration and compliance of MILCON and RDT&E funding within project lifecycles.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software solutions designed to coordinate and integrate project management across multiple program elements and throughout the entire real property life cycle.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver comprehensive briefings for senior MDA leadership. Ensure a consistent integrated voice and standardized reporting across all program elements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to DCAs to resolve contract issues and disputes. Audit and ensure correct personnel billing for specific projects. Coordinate and facilitate executive-level briefings for the Senior Executive Review Group (SERG) with the DCA.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Participate in site-specific activities, including support discussions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 13+ years of relevant experience OR
  • MA/MS in any field may be substituted for 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Secret, or ability to obtain within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the military installation department of public works (DPW) real property management
  • Understanding/experience supporting major command sustainment of real property to keep an inventory of facilities in good working order.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Military (all branches) and the Department of War (Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marines, National Guard, USACE, and NAVFAC) is desired.
  • Database management, knowledge of Power BI
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

  • Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems
  • Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and services at host installations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to brief on project status and provide recommendations
