In this role you will lead and oversee strategy, planning, facility operations, project execution, and day-to-day facilities activities of Oklahoma City OK., Grand Sky ND., and Moss Point MS. or as a member of our Remote Sites Team. The position will be located onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma while managing Grand Sky ND, and Moss Point MS

facilities remotely. In this role you will: Manage and lead a staff of exempt/non-exempt and contracted workers on site and remotely Facilitate and manage communications with internal customers, management, organization stakeholders, and Facilities teams through organized processes to ensure that pertinent information is defined, collected, shared, understood, and effectively meets needs across multiple organizations Manage and forecast multi-million dollar allocated indirect budgets and capital planning needs for each location, forecasting Sector/Division Level Site Space Utilization Requirements (LRSP) Act as liaison with business/organizational units to obtain & interpret program facilities space requirements including the articulation of Facilities strategies and future state site scenarios Develop and Oversee campus master planning at each location focused on utilization, organizational needs and efficiency, capital availability, and future business outlook Oversee and ensure accuracy of space data for Office, Lab, Manufacturing, & Warehouse Space Use & Occupancy (Employee and Square Footage) Oversee the execution of preventative/predictive maintenance programs with a focus on meeting customer cost and schedule requirements May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and execution of alterations/leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms Developing Executive Level Space Facilitation Plans & Briefing Executive Management All other duties assigned Basic Qualifications: Must either have a bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management and/or Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related field with 6 years of related experience; OR a master's degree Facilities Management and/or Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related field with 4 years of related experience; or a PhD with Facilities Management and/or Planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or other related field with 2 years of related experience; an additional 10 years of applicable leadership work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience successfully leading and developing teams in-person and remotely, including goal setting and performance reviews Ability to provide sound judgment to ensure overall safety of the facilities team and site employees Knowledge of facilities infrastructure, equipment redundancies, electrical and mechanical systems, and basic code requirements Proven experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Proven ability to achieve organizational objectives and metrics Ability to travel up to 50% Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance Successful experience in vendor negotiations, facility consolidations, and relevant construction projects Experience with Facilities Management and Maintenance Systems such as Archibus, Maximo, AutoCAD, Procore, Revit, etc. Prior experience managing facilities in a manufacturing production environment CFM or FMP designation or equivalent Experience in "Classified" Building Facilities Infrastructure & Space Planning Primary Level Salary Range: $99,000.00 - $156,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
