Join a growing, community-focused retail team as an E-Commerce Coordinator in Gahanna, Ohio! This part-time position (25 hours per week) offers the opportunity to play a key role in expanding the company’s online presence while supporting in-store operations. The company is a well-established brick-and-mortar business with a thriving digital shop, providing a collaborative environment where creativity, organization, and initiative are valued. As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will help bridge the gap between in-store and online sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, photograph, and upload inventory to the online store in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Organize and manage all inventory related to the online shop, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient storage.
  • Develop and implement best practices for inventory management and organization.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries for the website, including handling returns and email communications.
  • Prepare items for shipping, ensuring quality packaging and adding personalized touches such as handwritten thank you notes.
  • Coordinate packaging and shipping of outgoing products, including transporting fulfilled orders to shipping facilities as needed.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support online operations.
  • Merchandise products on the sales floor after online uploads are complete.
  • Analyze Shopify reports to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to improve online marketplace performance.
  • Drive online sales and strive to meet or exceed established sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience or coursework in photography, e-commerce, technology, social media, or merchandising is a plus.
  • Familiarity with online merchandising and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
