Position: E-Commerce and Online Inventory Sales Management
Work Location: In Office – Local Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Normal Business Hours


Employer is seeking an experienced, results-driven Online Marketplace & Inventory Sales Specialist to help reduce and liquidate a large inventory of merchandise currently stored in our Trade Mart warehouse.

The primary objective of this position is simple: turn existing inventory into sales and reduce warehouse inventory as quickly and efficiently as possible.


The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling products through eBay and other online marketplaces and understands how to research pricing, create effective listings, manage inventory, communicate with buyers, and complete sales.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and organize existing Trade Mart inventory
  • Identify merchandise with the strongest resale potential
  • Research current market values and competitive pricing
  • Photograph and prepare merchandise for online sale
  • Create accurate, professional, keyword-optimized product listings
  • List merchandise on eBay and other appropriate online marketplaces
  • Monitor listings and adjust pricing to improve sales
  • Respond to buyer questions and offers
  • Process sold merchandise and coordinate shipping or pickup
  • Maintain accurate records of listed, sold, and remaining inventory
  • Recommend additional platforms or sales methods to move inventory faster
  • Identify merchandise that may perform better through bulk sales, local sales, auctions, or liquidation channels
