We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties

  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
