Requirements

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, online purchases, delivery scheduling, and pickup coordination.
  • Manage shopping carts, order modifications, add-on sales, and product reselections.
  • Verify order accuracy, payment completion, and documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to deliveries, damaged merchandise, service requests, warranty claims, financing questions, and product restoration.
