Job Title: Social Media & Administrative Assistant Hybrid position
Pay: $30-35/hour, 40 hours per week, 9-5 PM
Summary:
Social Media Manager role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and public relations campaigns to enhance the company's brand awareness, reputation, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and public relations best practices. We have recently taken our Marketing Team in-house. As a start up that averages 5 patients per day, we have consolidated this role with light administrative duties. As we grow, this position will be develop into a full time Marketing Director position with our upcoming 10 state expansion.
Administrative Assistant: Available by phone and messaging to assist patients (Avg 4 phone calls per day), screening of daily patient appointments
This position is hybrid remote. You may be asked to go in person to monthly events and as needed to the Atlanta Office on occasion. You must have a working computer and stable internet connection if working remotely.
*Remote Workers Policy Summary: This position requires availability to our providers, patients, and staff by phone from 9-5 PM Weekdays (excluding lunch break) and is not conducive to juggling multiple jobs and outside distractions including school. This position requires full exclusivity to the Company during working hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including creating and publishing engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and conducting social media listening.
  • Manage the company's reputation online and respond to any negative publicity.
  • Track and analyze social media and public relations metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Monthly Email campaign management in Zoho
  • Video editing and posting in Tiktok, instagram, and Facebook
  • Annual event promotion and management for PCOS awareness month in September
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously, promoting and providing information on our services for women with PCOS.
  • Answering patient messages through channels including web chat, email, text, phone, and portal (avg 4 phone calls per day, 5-10 messages per day)
  • Monitoring our weekly schedule to ensure consents are signed and patients have paid prior to visit

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and public relations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and public relations best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Video editing experience for social media platforms
  • Experience with Tiktok, Facebook, and instagram platforms
  • Experience designing and developing in Canva or similar software
  • Proficient in Spreadsheets (ie Excel or Google sheets is required)
  • Having a passion for PCOS patient care is a PLUS
