Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <35 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Outpatient and inpatient vascular clinic serving all ages. - Common patient population/diagnoses: PVD, CAD, HF, CVA, venous insufficiency, renal/celiac/SMA stenosis, renal transplant, TOS. - Uses VascuPro reporting system, Philips Epic Elite, and Parks PVR/Segmental Pressures machines.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri with rotating weekends. - On-call: None.

Floating Requirements: - May float to High Point outpatient-only lab if needed: 306 Westwood Ave, High Point NC.

Required Skills/Experience: - Dedicated vascular ultrasound experience - Performs carotid, upper/lower arterial and venous, DVT/reflux, vein mapping, renal, mesenteric, AAA, endograft, aorta, upper/lower PVR/segmental pressures, hemodialysis grafts, iliac veins, and arterial bypass grafts (fem-fem, fem-pop, loop grafts, etc.).

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RVS
