We're looking for a stylish, high-energy Eyewear Consultant who can deliver honest aesthetic advice, hit sales goals, and make every patient feel amazing.
What You'll Do
  • Ask smart lifestyle questions and turn prescriptions into perfect recommendations
  • Style patients in premium and designer frames
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining an Elevated Patient Experience
  • Assist with frame adjustments, measurements, and troubleshooting
  • Learn constantly and take on new responsibilities as we grow

We're Looking For
  • 1-3+ years optical sales or luxury retail experience
  • Virginia Optician license is a huge plus not required
  • Natural salesperson who is compassionate and confident
  • Fashion-forward with a great eye for what looks good
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing practice
