We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives that drive member growth, engagement and retention. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, ensuring consistency across all channels, and delivering measurable results aligned with organizational objectives.

The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the marketing team, providing leadership, coaching, and operational direction while managing a wide range of marketing activities including digital campaigns, member communications, and vendor partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and services, driving member acquisition and retention.
  • Translate brand strategy into effective omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital platforms (paid and organic).
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, supporting professional development and daily execution of objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and optimize marketing systems and channel performance.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee website content management and ensure a consistent, user-friendly brand experience.
  • Monitor competitors to identify gaps and opportunities in product and service offerings.
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Manage social media strategy and content, partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing project intake and workflow, ensuring efficient project assignment and delivery.
  • Leverage data tools and systems to identify opportunities for growth and product penetration.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Prepare and publish marketing materials including newsletters, promotional content, and the annual report.
  • Make informed, independent decisions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience within a financial institution preferred
  • 1+ year of leadership experience

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of marketing regulations within the financial industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with digital marketing, web design, social media, and print media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
