We are seeking an accomplished Studio Security Operations Manager to oversee facility operations at Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth (FTM), our new East Coast flagship hub, as well as Netflix Studios Brooklyn (NSB). This role offers a unique opportunity to join Netflix as we continue to redefine global entertainment and share compelling stories with audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities Day-to-Day Studio Security Operations Manage and coordinate the day-to-day physical security operations for production offices, stages, and supporting facilities at FTM and NSB. Oversee contract security services, ensuring appropriate staffing, performance, and adherence to Netflix standards. Vendor & Cross-Functional Partner Management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with: Netflix Studio Management Services (SMS) and other studio operations teams; third-party security vendors and service providers and cross-functional partners.

Help ensure cohesion and alignment across security and safety functions at both FTM and NSB. Incident Management, Risk & Investigations Lead or coordinate site-level incident management procedures Identify physical security vulnerabilities and propose cost-effective, scalable solutions Analyze and investigate security incidents or threats affecting studio facilities, in collaboration with other Netflix security and safety teams. Production & Stakeholder Support Liaise with individual productions to ensure productions receive a commensurate level of security support based on their risk profile and operational footprint.

Represent UCAN Studio Security in relevant cross-functional meetings and working groups, ensuring security considerations are factored into planning and operations. Program & Project Support Support the implementation of UCAN Studio Security strategic objectives at FTM and NSB, including: Harmonizing security procedures and standards across locations and partners. Supporting regional and global initiatives that impact studio security operations.

Lead or contribute to projects and program development, including: Deployment of new security technologies, tools, and processes Continuous improvement projects driven by metrics and incident learnings Utilize a foundational understanding of security metrics and risk assessments to inform decisions and recommend operational design or process changes. Qualifications Required 6 years of experience managing security operations or programs, preferably including multi-site or complex facilities. Demonstrated experience in physical security operations (studio, entertainment, corporate campus, critical infrastructure, or similar high-consequence environments).

Experience with: Oversight of contract security services and vendor performance management Access control technologies and physical security systems (e.g., cameras, card readers, radios, alarm systems) Proven ability to: Operate independently and make sound decisions in time-sensitive, ambiguous situations Respond after hours to important, time-critical, or urgent matters when required Strong verbal and written communication skills, including: Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders (from site staff and production crews to executives and external partners) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Bachelor's degree; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Experience in entertainment, media, or studio environments, or other fast-paced, high-visibility industries. Experience interacting with a wide range of production-related stakeholders (e.g

executives, producers, talent, production crew, post-production, creative teams). Knowledge and experience with: RFP/RFI processes, including new vendor onboarding Program development with delivery accountability Conducting or supporting risk and vulnerability assessments and integrating findings into operational design and planning Background in high-consequence security disciplines (e.g., national security, protective services, critical infrastructure, military or law enforcement) is highly valued but not required. Demonstrated ability to "lean into risk" - proactively identifying, contextualizing, and addressing security issues - while responding quickly and effectively to security, safety, and other sensitive situations as they arise

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.

The range for this role is $165,000.00 - $250,000.00. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs
