We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air and Sea Export Operations Lead to oversee daily export operations while serving as the operational leader for our Air & Sea Export team.
Your profile
  • Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding or international logistics experience
  • Experience using CargoWise, SAP, Micorsoft Excel, and related logistics systems
  • Prior experience as a Lead, Trainer, Mentor or Senior Operations team member
  • Knowledge of U.S export compliance regulations and industry practices
  • Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple priorities

Your Duties
  • Lead and support the daily operations of the Air & Sea Export team
  • Coordinate workloads and shipment assignments to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Ensure compliance with U.S Customs regulations and all applicable government requirements
  • Maintain complete and accurate export files within company systems
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for customer, vendors, overseas agents, and team members
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
  • Strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
