Job description

This is a position for a highly skilled Export Coordinator, a position that may lead to a Supervisory position. In this role you will be expected to manage and oversee the entire export operation of each air shipment, process to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods to international destinations. Your role will also include mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvements.

Experience of expedited and urgent shipments a plus. Experience of coordinating inland routes including domestic Air a plus.

  • Export Documentation & Compliance
    • Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of Lading, certificates of origin).
    • Ensure documentation meets international shipping regulations and destination requirements.
    • Maintain compliance with government regulations ( ITAR, EAR, AES, Incoterms, etc.).
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Arrange freight bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
    • Monitor and track international shipments, resolving any delays or disruptions.
    • Capable of using multi-tasking skills
    • Prepare all details for invoicing
