Job description

Propane Ninja is seeking an experienced Export Manager to take ownership of the execution and coordination of our growing international business, with a strong concentration of activity throughout the Caribbean.

This is a hands‑on functional management role focused on international logistics, customer relationships, execution, and cross‑functional coordination. You’ll connect customers, suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, internal teams, and leadership to keep complex international transactions moving from customer requirement through successful delivery.

This is not a traditional sales role and does not initially include direct employee management. We’re looking for an experienced international operator who can create visibility, solve problems, and keep a lot of moving pieces aligned.

Customer Relationship International Logistics Autonomy & Ownership Organization & Follow-Through Commercial Judgement Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ocean freight, container bookings, carriers, and port activity
  • Manage customer, vendor, freight-forwarder, and internal coordination
  • Track shipment readiness, documentation, schedules, and delivery deadlines
  • Resolve logistics and execution issues proactively
  • Build repeatable export processes and maintain accurate ERP records

  • Freight-forwarding, maritime, customs, energy, LPG, or industrial-distribution experience
  • AES / EEI and Schedule B knowledge
  • Hazardous-material or dangerous-goods experience
  • Experience managing landed cost and shipment economics
  • Odoo or similar ERP experience
What’s great in the job?
  • Take ownership of Propane Ninja’s growing international operation
  • Work directly with customers, vendors, carriers, and executive leadership
  • Help build scalable export processes instead of inheriting layers of bureaucracy

  • Work across Caribbean and international markets
  • Opportunity to grow into broader international operations leadership
  • Competitive base salary plus performance incentive
  • Real responsibility in a fast-evolving company
What We Offer
