Experienced Expo / Kitchenโ€“Expo Supervisor (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are hiring Experienced Expo / Kitchenโ€“Expo Supervisors to join our team! We are searching for hospitality-driven leaders who are passionate about food quality, speed, consistency, and communication, and who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
As an Expo / Kitchenโ€“Expo Supervisor, you are the bridge between the kitchen and the front of house. You set the pace of service, ensure accuracy and presentation of every dish, and help lead the team through busy shifts with confidence and urgency. This is a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, vocal, calm under pressure, and takes pride in running a smooth service.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Expo / Kitchenโ€“Expo Supervisor Responsibilities
-Lead the expo line and control ticket flow during service
-Ensure all food meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards
-Communicate clearly and effectively with BOH and FOH teams
-Call tickets, prioritize orders, and maintain speed without sacrificing quality
-Support kitchen staff and assist FOH as needed during peak service
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line at all times
-Uphold company standards, procedures, and sense of urgency
Requirements
-Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience as an Expo, Lead Expo, or Kitchen Supervisor
