What you will be doing:
The Experiential Marketing Manager - Showrooms & Displays leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of ASSA ABLOY's Innovation Showroom and Mobile Innovation Fleet - immersive environments that bring our solutions to life for customers, partners, and internal teams. The role also owns the management and execution of customer display programs across distributor, customer, and partner locations.
This highly visible role combines experiential marketing leadership with strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Key areas you will contribute to the role include:
Showroom & Mobile Fleet Strategy and Execution:
  • Own strategy, priorities, and execution roadmaps for the Innovation Showroom and Mobile Innovation Fleet.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of builds, refreshes, and updates from concept through launch.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, approvals, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ensure experiences remain current, functional, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Partner with solution teams, subject matter experts, and creative resources to deliver effective storytelling and demonstrations.
  • Support mobile fleet tours, kickoffs, planning meetings, and post-tour recaps.

Customer Display Programs:
  • Manage customer-facing display programs across distributor, customer, and partner locations.
  • Oversee design, production, installation, maintenance, refreshes, and removals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Channel, and Operations teams to evaluate requests and prioritize work.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Gather field and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Measurement, Analytics & ROI:
  • Define success metrics and track performance across experiential initiatives.
  • Partner with Salesforce and Marketing Operations to optimize lead capture, attribution, and reporting.
  • Own lead management and sales handoff for showroom and fleet engagements.
  • Develop reporting that demonstrates ROI, pipeline impact, and business value.

Content & Experience Enablement:
  • Oversee development of experiential support assets (signage, spec sheets, sell sheets, talking points).
  • Manage content timelines, reviews, and approvals across teams.
  • Support invitations, event communications, and customer-facing materials.
  • Ensure a cohesive, on-brand experience across all touchpoints.

Education and/or experience:
  • Your background includes a Bachelor's degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of in experiential marketing, showrooms, events, tradeshows, or overall marketing project management.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (collaboration and review).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM for lead management and reporting.
  • Experience in B2B, building products, security, access control, or technology-driven industries preferred.
  • Experience with mobile tours, fleet marketing, or large-scale experiential platforms preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed and/or global organizations preferred.
  • Marketing Cloud experience a plus.

Special considerations:
  • Must be willing to travel (up to 30%).
