About the Role
Bookit is seeking an enterprise sales lead and account executive to drive growth within the sports and entertainment vertical by securing and developing strategic partnerships with professional sports organizations, leagues, sports properties, music labels, musicians, event venues, entertainment IP owners, and related fan ecosystem platforms.
This is a new business/hunter focused aimed at selling Bookit's white-label platform, rewards technology, and experiential commerce offerings to sports and entertainment organizations looking to enhance fan engagement, loyalty, memberships, VIP experiences, rewards programs, and commerce initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands how sports and entertainment organizations monetize and engage their fan bases and already has strong relationships across the sports and entertainment business ecosystems. This person should be highly consultative, commercially driven, and capable of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with senior stakeholders across partnerships, sponsorship, innovation, loyalty, marketing, and digital product teams.
What You'll Do
  • Own enterprise sales efforts for Bookit's Sports and Entertainment vertical.
  • Identify, source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with:
    • Professional sports teams and franchises
    • Sports leagues and governing bodies
    • College athletics programs
    • Major and Independent Music Labels
    • Global entertainment groups
    • Live-Event management companies
    • Pop culture event producers
    • Sports agencies and holding groups
    • Sports media and fan engagement platforms
    • Venue and hospitality operators
  • Sell Bookit's white-label rewards and commerce platform into fan loyalty ecosystems.
  • Position Bookit as a solution for:
    • Fan loyalty and rewards programs
    • VIP experiences and hospitality
    • Member engagement initiatives
    • Co-branded travel and commerce offerings
    • Premium fan access and experiential rewards
  • Build relationships with executives across sponsorship, partnerships, innovation, marketing, loyalty, digital product, and revenue operations teams.
  • Develop customized partnership strategies and go-to-market opportunities for sports clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal product, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support onboarding and launch execution.
  • Maintain a strong outbound pipeline and manage long-cycle enterprise deal flow.
  • Represent Bookit at sports, event, and entertainment industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 5-10+ years of enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development experience within the sports, entertainment or live event industries.
  • Existing networks and relationships across professional sports organizations, media companies, venue management companies, live event producers, leagues, agencies, sports marketing firms, or related ecosystems strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience closing complex partnership or SaaS/platform deals.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Fan engagement and loyalty ecosystems
    • Sponsorship and partnership structures
    • Sports/Entertainment business operations
    • Hospitality and experiential programs
    • Enterprise relationship management
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with loyalty, fintech, travel, marketplace, SaaS, or white-label technology platforms is a major plus.
