Here, you'll do meaningful work that helps millions of people discover, book, and experience travel with more ease, confidence, and joy. Our five Behaviors-Traveler First, Think Big, Operate with Excellence, Ownership Mindset, and Succeed Together-help foster a supportive environment where people can grow their careers and have the flexibility, benefits, and support to do their best work. Join us and build for travelers everywhere.

Introduction to the Team:

This team sits within Expedia Groups B2B, on the Supply Marketing team. The team helps hotels, vacation-rental businesses, airlines, and more deliver better traveler and business experiences through Expedia Group. Supply Marketing turns partner and market insight into clear stories, strategies, and programs that drive product adoption, business growth, and long-term partner value.

The Connectivity team focuses on the technology that enables external partners to connect to Expedia Group through APIs and other integrations. These partners use our capabilities to access, distribute, and improve Expedia Group travel products through their own software and services. The workstream focuses on Connectivity enterprise partners, a group of technology partners that drive significant business for Expedia Group.

Make An Impact!

Director of Product Marketing Connectivity leads a PMM team and sets the GTM standard, and aligns Product, Commercial, Technical, Marketing, and Enablement teams around enterprise partner adoption. The ideal candidate is a senior PMM leader with strong enterprise-technology experience, able to translate complex APIs and platforms into compelling narratives, scalable GTM programs, and measurable business impact.

We are looking for a Director, Product Marketing - Connectivity to lead the Product Marketing team. This leader will set the standard for how we bring complex, technical products to market and drive adoption across an enterprise partner ecosystem.

You will lead a team of product marketers across Hotel and Vacation Rental space, and serve as the strategic connector across Product, commercial account teams, technical partner teams, Partner Marketing, Creative, Communications, Field Enablement, and other functions. You will turn complex product roadmaps, platform capabilities, and partner needs into compelling stories, clear positioning, and coordinated go-to-market plans.

This is a role for a strong Product Marketing leader who understands enterprise technology and can translate API and platform concepts into business value internally and externally. Product or Engineering experience is not required.

Connectivity experience is valuable, but not required. Experience in driving sophisticated go-to-market motions in SaaS, platform, developer-tools, or other partner-led technology businesses is essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will
  • Set the vision, strategy, and operating model for Connectivity Product Marketing across the product lifecycle-from discovery and pilots through launch, adoption, usage, and advocacy.
  • Establish the standards, processes, and planning rhythms that enable the team to deliver consistent, high-quality go-to-market work at scale.
  • Lead the translation of product strategy, market opportunities, partner needs, and technical roadmaps into cohesive go-to-market architecture, with clear audiences, messages, channels, timing, and success measures.
  • Lead the team that develops compelling messaging, positioning, value propositions, proof points, use cases, FAQs, and partner stories that make complex capabilities easy to understand and act on.
  • Build integrated go-to-market plans with Product, commercial account teams, technical partner teams, Partner Marketing, Creative, Communications, Field Enablement, and other stakeholders, creating one coordinated partner experience.
  • Partner with Field Enablement on reusable sales tools and with technical partner teams on accurate integration and adoption guidance.
  • Use partner insight, market intelligence, competitive context, and performance data to improve positioning, prioritize work, influence product direction, and measure adoption and usage.
  • Represent Connectivity Product Marketing in senior leadership forums and cross-organizational planning, communicating decisions, trade-offs, risks, and results with clarity.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team; create clarity on priorities and ownership, coach people to do their best work, and raise Product Marketing capability across the organization.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, enterprise technology, product, or a related field, with 5+ years leading and developing people.
  • A track record of leading Product Marketing for complex products, platforms, APIs, integrations, or other technology solutions with multiple audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value, compelling narratives, and practical go-to-market plans; an engineering background is not required.
  • Experience building and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies that coordinate Product, Sales or Commercial, Technical Account Management, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Enablement teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize ambiguous, cross-functional work, establish operating discipline, manage dependencies, and drive decisions in a matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to turn complex projects into simple, decision-ready stories.
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, content strategies, readiness plans, and success metrics.
  • A people-first leadership approach and a record of building high-performing, inclusive teams and developing talent.
The ideal candidate may also have
  • Experience in Connectivity, hospitality / travel technology, or other industry specific technology ecosystem.
  • Experience driving adoption and usage across a concentrated enterprise partner base as well as a long-tail segment.
  • Experience creating scalable, modular, and self-service marketing or enablement programs alongside high-touch strategic-account motions.
  • Experience representing a company with external partners, industry experts, or technology communities.
