Job description

Blood & Sand is looking for experienced fine dining cocktail mixologists capable of creating high end and innovative cocktails. Blood & Sand is an environment that encourages experimentation and contains the area's most extensive spirit and wine portfolio.

Weekend availability (at least Friday and Saturdays) is required. Shifts start at 2pm (bar setup) with service starting at 5pm. Service ends 11pm weekdays and midnight on the weekends. In addition to we would prefer 2 weekday evenings as well.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applicants must have experience with fine dining settings.
  • Be knowledgeable in wine and spirits.
  • Strong craft cocktail experience.
  • Wine knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Basic food knowledge with the desire to expand and learn.
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic disposition.
  • Being self-motivated and knowing how to be a team player.
