Job description

ABOUT HELLOFRESH GROUP
At HelloFresh, we want to change the way people eat forever by offering our customers high-quality food and recipes for different meal occasions. Over the past decade, we've grown from a single meal kit brand into a global food solutions group - the world's leading meal kit company, active in 18+ countries across 3 continents.
The HelloFresh Group includes HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, Factor (ready-to-eat), Chefs Plate, and Youfoodz. Each brand serves a distinct audience but shares our commitment to making good food accessible and sustainable. Our Distribution Centers are the operational heartbeat of everything we deliver - and equipping the people who work in them with the right training, at the right time, in the right format, is fundamental to how we operate.
ABOUT THE ROLE: WHAT'S IN THE BOX
The Learning Experience (LX) Platform Manager is the connective tissue between the content our Training Content team creates and the learners who need it. This is a hands-on, operationally grounded role responsible for the health, configuration, and strategic growth of our 360Learning platform across a multi-brand, multi-site network - while also serving as the primary coordination point for training program rollout, stakeholder alignment, and platform-enabled learning design.
You will own the platform end-to-end: user management, course architecture, learning path design, integrations, reporting, and the continuous improvement of how learning is experienced by our Tier 1 DC associates and operational leaders. You will partner daily with the Training Content Manager to translate finished content into published learning experiences, and with Operations, HR, Safety, and OpEX to ensure training is reaching the right people at the right time.
This role is also a direct manager - you will lead and develop one Senior Learning Experience Designer, who shares responsibility for platform administration and content quality support. Together, you are the function that makes the entire training ecosystem visible, measurable, and continuously improving.
Scope Area
Details
Platform
360Learning (primary LMS) - full administrative ownership; Workday integration (in progress) for automated enrollment and user management
Brands & Sites
All 4 brands (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, Factor) across all current and future US DC sites; EU and ANZ expansion planned
Learner Audience
Tier 1 DC associates, line leads, supervisors, operational management, and corporate staff
Content Interface
Receives content from Training Content Specialists and VDM team; publishes, structures, and optimizes for learner delivery within 360Learning
Reporting
Completion tracking, compliance records, engagement analytics, and learning program effectiveness reporting to operations and leadership
Integrations
Workday HRIS (in implementation); future integrations as platform scales globally
Geographic Scope
US operations at launch; EU and ANZ expansion as the global program matures
WHAT YOU'LL DO: THE RECIPE
Platform Ownership & Administration
  • Own the 360Learning platform as its primary administrator: user accounts, group hierarchies, role permissions, course catalog organization, and system configuration across all brands and sites
  • Manage and maintain the Workday-360Learning integration, ensuring automated enrollment, role-based course assignment, and learner data accuracy as employees onboard, transfer, or change roles across the network
  • Define and govern the platform architecture: group structures, learning path frameworks, program-level organization, and the naming and tagging conventions that keep a multi-brand, multi-site catalog navigable at scale
  • Monitor platform health: identify enrollment gaps, stalled learner progress, broken content links, and course configuration issues before they become operational problems
  • Manage platform vendor relationship with 360Learning - serve as the primary contact for support escalations, new feature evaluations, and the ongoing enhancements being developed to support DC-specific needs
  • Stay current on 360Learning product updates, assess their relevance to our configuration, and make implementation recommendations to the reporting leader

Learning Program Rollout & Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from the Global Value Stream for training program deployment across all Distribution Centers and centralized offices - the person who makes sure finished content reaches learners on schedule
  • Partner with the Training Content Manager to translate content delivery timelines into platform publishing schedules; coordinate SCORM packaging, course setup, and learning path assignment with the Senior Learning Experience Designer
  • Develop comprehensive rollout plans for new training programs: scope definition, site-level deployment sequences, enrollment triggers, completion window targets, and escalation paths for non-completion
  • Coordinate alignment across internal teams - Operations, OpEX, Training, HR, and Safety - to ensure training rollouts are sequenced with operational readiness, not against it
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks to training delivery: content delays, enrollment failures, technology issues at sites, or learner access barriers; escalate critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions
  • Document and standardize content request and publishing processes; implement post-launch reviews and lessons learned to improve future program execution

Reporting, Analytics & Compliance
  • Build, maintain, and distribute training completion reports to brand operations managers, site leaders, HR, and compliance stakeholders on a defined cadence
  • Own compliance reporting: ensure all mandatory training (food safety, FSQA, allergen awareness, workplace safety, onboarding) has verifiable completion records for all required learners across all sites
  • Design and maintain analytics dashboards within 360Learning that surface meaningful engagement and effectiveness data - not just completion rates, but patterns that inform content improvement decisions
  • Partner with Training Content Specialists to close the loop between learner performance data and content updates: when analytics reveal gaps, coordinate the content fix and track its impact
  • Support audit readiness: ensure training records are complete, accessible, and exportable to meet internal and external compliance requirements

Learning Experience Design Leadership
  • Apply instructional and learning experience design principles to platform decisions - course sequencing, prerequisite logic, knowledge check placement, and learning path architecture should reflect how people actually learn, not just how content was created
  • Establish and maintain platform standards for the learner experience: consistent course naming, description formatting, visual thumbnail standards, and navigation design that makes the 360Learning environment intuitive for a Tier 1 associate audience
  • Evaluate and recommend new platform features, AI tools within 360Learning, and third-party integrations that could improve the learner experience or reduce administrative overhead
  • Partner with the Training Content Manager and VDM Manager as a peer function - the three managers collectively define the learning and visual ecosystem for the Global Value Stream

Team Leadership
  • Directly manage and develop the Senior Learning Experience Designer: set clear priorities and quality expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching on both platform and content skills, and build a clear growth path for the role
  • Build a high-functioning two-person platform team with shared workflows, cross-training, and coverage protocols - neither role should be a single point of failure for critical platform operations
  • Model the standard: the Learning Platform Manager is a working manager who owns complex platform tasks directly and sets the bar for operational excellence and learner-centered thinking

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: THE INGREDIENTS
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in learning technology, LMS administration, or learning and development - with demonstrated ownership of a corporate learning platform at an administrator level
  • Hands-on experience with 360Learning, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP Litmos, or a comparable enterprise LMS - at a configuration and administration depth, not just end-user familiarity
  • Demonstrated experience managing training program rollouts across multiple sites or locations simultaneously, in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
  • Strong instructional design or learning experience design foundation - you understand how to structure a learning path, sequence content, and design for knowledge retention, not just completion
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills; you can manage competing priorities across multiple brands and sites without dropping threads
  • Experience building and delivering compliance training reporting to HR, operations, or regulatory audiences
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 10%) to DC sites domestically; international travel as the program expands to EU and ANZ

Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing, distribution center operations, or warehouse/logistics environments - understanding the operational context makes for meaningfully better platform and rollout decisions
  • Experience managing HRIS-LMS integrations, particularly Workday; familiarity with automated enrollment triggers, role-based assignment logic, and user data sync
  • People management experience - this role leads one direct report and needs to develop their skills actively, not just assign tasks
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning packaging standards from an administrative and troubleshooting perspective
  • Bilingual English/Spanish - the DC associate audience is multilingual and language-aware platform configuration matters
  • Experience operating in a multi-brand or multi-tenant LMS environment

You Are Also...
  • A systems thinker who sees the platform as a learning experience, not a file repository - how content is organized, surfaced, and tracked affects whether it actually changes behavior
  • Equally comfortable in a browser-based admin console and in a conversation with a DC General Manager about why their team's compliance numbers are behind
  • Someone who takes quality personally - when a learner gets enrolled in the wrong course, or a completion record is missing, you treat it as a problem worth solving, not a rounding error
  • A collaborative partner - this role sits at the center of a network that includes the Training Content team, VDM team, Operations, HR, Safety, IT, and ProdTech; your effectiveness depends on making all of those relationships work

WHAT WE OFFER: THE TOPPINGS
  • Competitive salary & 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation
  • Paid parental leave (16 weeks)
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Day one benefit coverage for health, dental, and vision ($0 monthly premium and other flexible health plan options)
  • Up to 85% discount on your subscription to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor)
  • Access to Employee Resource Groups open to all employees, including BIPOC, Women, Veterans, Parents, and LGBTQ+ communities
  • Collaborative, dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company disrupting the traditional food supply chain
