As a Senior Learning Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and impactful training programs to team members. The specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to address specific learning outcomes related to leadership and organizational development. This position requires a skilled communicator which employes adult learning methodologies to engage diverse audiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate professional skills and leadership development and other assigned training - create engaging and interactive learning content, including presentations, e-learning and training materials to meet the needs of the learner.
  • Develop, design, deliver and evaluate relevant learning programs that facilitate the development goals and continuous learning of Sazerac team members on a range of topics including leadership development, onboarding and orientation, and other training defined by business needs. 
  • Evolve and continuously improve learning programs and content to maintain relevance and engagement based on learner feedback and organizational needs.  
  • Support expansion of existing leadership development training to organization, and addition of manager training and high potential team member training.  
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key learning and development metrics, including training participation, satisfaction, and effectiveness, and impact.  

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field. 
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in learning and development with experience as a training facilitator or similar role, delivering engaging and effective training programs.  
  • Experience working with senior leadership to successfully design, implement and execute programs.  
  • Ability to travel to facilitate training or support implementation of site-based training programs.

Preferred:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Certification in facilitation, training, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

The annual salary range for this role is $79,000 - $118,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
