Home Health Aide (HHA) Available Shifts
- Part-Time Evenings & Overnights
Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise
- Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
- Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly
- Perform light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications
Home Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course
- Must be at least 18 years old
