CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER

Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possibility of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
  • Weekly payment

Responsibilities:

  • Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
  • Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
  • Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility
  • Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment
  • CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.
  • Experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients
  • Willing to take drug test and background check
  • Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insurance
