Business Systems Analyst - NGB Executive Secretariat

Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance:  Top Secret
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support NGB Executive Secretariat business systems, workflow visibility, SharePoint sustainment, data management, electronic records, and process improvement. This position will help maintain operational knowledge management and improve staff action support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and modify SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, and workflow support tools.
  • Support business process analysis, data collection, and workflow improvement.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, rosters, metrics, reports, and repository structures.
  • Support electronic records, archive processes, metadata, file plans, and retrieval tools.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to define data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Support content management, version control, naming conventions, and document organization.
  • Identify broken links, stale content, duplicative information, and process gaps.
  • Recommend improvements to SharePoint usability and workflow efficiency.
  • Support Action Officer training materials and workflow manager resources.
  • Protect controlled, sensitive, and classified information according to Government direction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Knowledge Management, Records Management, Information Science, or related field preferred.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, SharePoint support, workflow systems, data management, records management, or process improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to document processes and communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in DoD, NGB, Army, Air Force, or headquarters staff environments.
  • Experience with electronic tasking systems, document repositories, and staff action workflows.
  • Experience with records management or knowledge management.

* Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $80,000 to $140,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
