Position: Team Support Specialist
Department: Annuity Marketing
Reporting to: VP of Advisor Development (Excelerate)
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
As a Team Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our team connected, organized, and moving forward. You'll partner with leadership to support recruiting, coordinate high-impact meetings and events, and help create an exceptional experience for candidates, advisors, and team members. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and love bringing order to moving pieces, we'd love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
  • Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, and inboxes
  • Coordinate team meetings, advisor events, conferences, and travel logistics
  • Create and send internal emails, coaching content, recruiting campaigns, and presentations
  • Keep Salesforce, mailing lists, reports, and team metrics up to date
  • Support day-to-day team operations, including advisor processes and special projects
Experience you’ll bring:
  • 2+ years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
