What You'll Do
  • Compile market information to validate market share and market segmentation target
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
  • Develop sales that meet the product mix and market share targets set by FPC
  • Gain access and develop relationships with your customers, from Executives to Site Foremen - know every decision maker
  • Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery/pickup processes, to include quotations, design, submittal, manufacturing lead times, delivery, and payment terms among others
  • Plan and negotiate agreements with customers to attain the highest possible unit selling prices and profits
  • Respond to customer questions regarding product applications, specifications, pricing, availability, and installation
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation
  • Background in Technical Sales, Engineering, or Construction required, with 2 to 5 years of experience in site civil projects or experience in construction or construction industry sales
  • Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter with the discipline to work independently to accomplish goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAA 
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Valid drivers license with safety-conscious driving record
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, construction management or a related field preferred
