Job description

About Radiant
Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world's first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company's first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling. Portable nuclear power with rapid-deploy capability can replace similar-sized diesel generators and provide critical asset support for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Radiant's unique, practical approach to nuclear development leverages modern software engineering to rapidly deliver safe, factory-built microreactors that use existing, well-qualified materials. Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, or other special events, onsite and offsite.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.
  • Ensure the C-suite is equipped with the necessary technology and support, coordinating with IT for any technical needs or issues.
  • Create, scale and own processes for the executive office.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting one or more C-level executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of C-level executives and address them proactively.
  • Laser-focused organizational skills, with a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly without sacrificing quality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor succinct communication for various audiences, respond promptly across multiple platforms (Slack, Outlook, text/phone), and digest large amounts of information to take action.
  • Expert at building relationships across all levels of the organization and external partners, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring positive interactions.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet) and adept at adopting new technologies.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
