Junior Project Engineer / Project Engineer (Commercial Real Estate Developer)
Las Vegas, NV
Full-Time
Salary: $62,000 – $78,000 per year (DOE)
About Us:
We are a rapidly growing commercial real estate developer delivering commercial, office, warehouse, and light industrial projects across the Las Vegas Valley. We are expanding our in-house construction management team and looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to support commercial development projects from design through construction and close-out.
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers with coordination of architects, civil engineers, and consultants.
  • Support entitlement, permitting, and utility-service applications in local jurisdictions (CLV, Clark County, Henderson, NLV).
  • Review drawings, track design updates, and help manage project documents.
  • Assist with submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedule updates from general contractors.
  • Perform site walks and help monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Maintain project logs, budgets, and close-out documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required: Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Internships or construction-related experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand basic building/construction processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
