This role is responsible for overseeing adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service expectations - while bringing structure and visibility to how work gets done. Working across account management and leadership, you will identify risks early, connect insights across teams, and implement processes that are clear, repeatable, and scalable.

You’ll play a key role in turning inconsistent or manual workflows into disciplined operations that hold up under growth.
