Position: Salesforce Technical Architect/Senior Technical Lead

Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and deep expertise across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, leading complex implementations, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, coordination with offshore teams, and the ability to translate business needs into enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

· The technical architect must know how to design, code, configure, administrate and troubleshoot.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce implementations spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Design scalable solutions including data models, security models, and integration architectures.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Leadership & Offshore Coordination
  • Lead multi-cloud Salesforce programs and provide architectural direction to development/configuration teams.
  • Collaborate with and guide offshore/nearshore teams to ensure alignment with design, standards, and timelines.
  • Review solution designs, code, and configurations to ensure maintainability and quality.
  • Provide technical direction on Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and integrations.
Project Delivery & Execution
  • · Drive implementations of Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base), Sales Cloud (Lead, Opportunity, Forecasting, CPQ), and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Campaigns, Automation Studio).
  • · Manage integration of Salesforce with ERP, Data Platforms, Marketing Automation, and external applications.
  • · Support deployment strategies, DevOps, and release management processes.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
· Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to define solution roadmaps.
· Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and emerging features.
· Conduct architecture reviews, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
· Establish and enforce Salesforce governance, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.
· Evaluate and recommend AppExchange tools, middleware, and advanced Salesforce features.
· Stay current with Salesforce roadmap and industry trends, ensuring continuous platform optimization.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • · 10+ years in Salesforce CRM.
  • · Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • · Most importantly the technical architect must know how to design, code (APEX, SOQL), configure, administrate and troubleshoot.
  • · Solid hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • · Proven experience with multi-cloud solution architecture and large-scale Salesforce transformations.
  • · Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • · Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, middleware, and data platforms.
  • · Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead offshore teams effectively.
  • · Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
