The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Team. In this role, you’ll build relationships with current customers while also growing our client base. If you enjoy working with plants, solving problems, and making meaningful connections, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generates and develops new business to meet specific sales goals while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships and accounts

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries (availability, quality, pricing, etc.)

• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (logistics, growing, order fulfillment) and processing customers through ordering system

• Coordinate and execute value-added services and point-of-sale (POS) solutions

• Conduct regular customer site visits and maintain up-to-date records

• Monitor crop quality and availability; inspect orders prior to shipment

• Analyze sales reports and regional trends to target key growth opportunities with new customers

• Contribute to crop planning and customer forecasts

• Support marketing efforts and participate in industry trade events

• Collaborate in team sales strategy meetings and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Horticulture preferred or equivalent sales work experience

• 3 years of experience in horticulture, agriculture sales or sales background

• Passion for plants and building strong client relationships

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn internal systems

• Ability to travel locally for client visits and trade events

• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset
