Job description

A reputable law firm is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Executive Assistant to serve as the first point of contact while providing high-level administrative support to attorneys and firm leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and maintains a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office experience
  • Manage incoming calls, route messages, and handle general inquiries
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for attorneys
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and conference room scheduling
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative tasks
  • Support file management, both physical and electronic
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant experience
